Second incarnation of LG Prada phone will be boxed with Bluetooth Prada watch
LG has officially announced the launch of the new Prada phone along with the new Pradra Link, a Bluetooth watch.
The
LG KF900 is an update of the previous Prada handset, adding a slide–out
qwerty keyboard, haptic feedback for the touchscreen, a 5 megapixel
camera, Wi-Fi, 3G and HSDPA ability, as well as software updates.
The
handset retains the basic simple design and includes content from Prada
including the Prada Fall/Winter Lookbook and Prada animation films.
The
Prada Link, or LG LBA-T950, connects to the phone through Bluetooth and
informs users through noise or vibration of incoming calls, messages
and alarms. The full text of SMS can also be read on the device.
The
Link also includes a watch, stopwatch and is made from metal and
tempered glass with leather straps. The design was “inspired by the
understated design philosophy of the Prada tradition” and aims to “push
the boundaries of style and technology”.
Both devices are expected to hit Eurpean shops by late November 2008, pricing details have yet to be confirmed.
